Analysis of CNC machine tool industry in China
Due to historical reasons, China's machine tool industry more than 1000 enterprises in the domestic industrial layout convergence, resulting in a large amount of production, low-level repeated construction is serious, it can be said that problems occur frequently, but overall speaking, the prospect of China's data industry is still good, the following analysis of China's CNC machine tool industry.
At present, European countries purchase from each other at a very high rate, forming a regional complementary effect; due to the uneven development level of machine tools in Asia, the machine tool trade is frequent, accounting for nearly half of the national consumption; while the emerging industrialized countries in the Americas are the majority, with limited output value and need a large number of imports.
In 2010, the output value of 28 major machine tool producing countries and regions in the world reached 66.3 billion US dollars, an increase of 21% compared with the US $54.7 billion in 2009. China plays a leading role in the recovery of the world machine tool industry. China has become the world's largest machine tool consumer and importer for many years. From 2002 to 2005, imported machine tools accounted for an average of 62% of China's machine tool consumption. From 2006 to 2010, China's domestic machine tool enterprises and some foreign machine tool enterprises gradually expanded their market share. In 2010, imported machine tools accounted for 33% of the consumption.
China's machine tool industry is "big but not strong"
As the world's largest machine tool producer, importer and consumer, the early machine tools were all state-owned, with poor production efficiency and low export proportion. However, after the domestic machine tool enterprises vigorously reformed and eliminated redundant personnel, and a large number of private enterprises with "simplified personnel and high output value" emerged, the situation was improved; At the same time, with the gradual study of Japanese and American technical design concepts, the main market is invested in high-end industries such as automobiles, molds and electronics, and Japanese and Taiwan enterprises are attracted by means of technical cooperation or foreign investment, so that the machine tool industry has been greatly developed.
